HEALTH : We care about the dogs we breed and screen carefully for genetic defects. This is to ensure that any puppies we produce will enjoy a long healthy life and bring you years of happiness. Even as selective as we are, sometimes a puppy is born with a problem that is not noticible at an early age. That is why we give a 72 hour money back health guarantee and a 1 (one) year limited replacement guarantee against genetic health defects. Our pups are also checked by our veteranarian and come complete with a health certificate (when shipped), at least their first set of shots and deworming, Registration papers (upon proof of spay/neutering), pedigree certificate suitable for framing, and care and information packet. They will also be well socialized as they are raised at home with us and will recieve lots of love and kisses!!! |
DEPOSITS: We accept a $200 non refundable deposit to hold an available puppy and the balance is due by 8 weeks of age for regular toys and 10 weeks for teacups. We will only take a deposit on available puppies that you have actually seen, either by picture or in person. We do not take reservations or deposits on puppies before they are born. Puppies must be paid for in advance of shipping or at the time of pickup, if in person. We accept cash, cashier's checks, money orders or personal checks for deposits. *NEW: We now also accept credit card transactions through PayPal for deposits only!! We also accept cash, cashier's checks or money orders for final payment. SORRY, but due to previous problems, we can no longer accept personal checks for final payment! Puppies are sold in the order of deposits recieved to hold. Remember, we get a large volume of e-mail about available pups and there are sometimes several people that are interested in the same puppy. So to be fair, the puppies will be sold to the first qualified person that we talk to that sends a deposit to hold the puppy!!! No puppy will be held without a deposit! If you are sending a deposit on one of our pups, please print, fill out and sign two copies of our contract below and send them both to us with your deposit. We are concerned about the placement of our pups. We do give preference to people wanting *pets and try to match each puppies individual size and personality with their new owner. Because of this, we do not take deposits before the pups are 4 to 6 weeks old (except under certain circumstances) as it is not always possible to tell what size they will be or what type of temperament they will have at a very early age. We usually let our puppies go at 9-10 weeks old for tiny or regular toys, and around 12-15 weeks old for teacups or extra tinies. But the heath and well being of our puppies is our first concern, so we reserve the right to hold a puppy an extra week or two before being picked up or shipped, if we feel it is in it's best interest to do so! PLEASE Do Not try to pressure us to let a puppy go before we feel it is ready!! We also reserve the right to refuse any prospective homes! |
SHIPPING: We offer safe shipping anywhere in the continental USA and Canada. We prefer Continental Airlines as they have a Pet Safe Program and have always taken great care of our babies! We usually ship from Ontario International Airport in California. All you do is pick them up at your nearest airport. Shipping costs are usually $200-250 (shipping to some hard to reach or rural areas may be slightly higher priced) which covers all expenses as follows: Air fare to the Major airport nearest your home, Interstate Health Certificate and checkup by a licensed Veterinarian prior to shipping, Flight Insurance and a Shipping crate that is yours to keep. |

SIZES: A toy poodle is under 10 inches in height, and usually under 10 pounds in weight. The only title AKC recognizes is TOY. Tiny toy and teacup are names people have made up to describe extra small toys. Our regular size toys are usually 9 to 10" and 7 to 9 lbs. Our tiny toys are usually around 8 to 9" and 5lbs to 6 lbs. Our teacups usually range between 2 to 4 lbs and are usually 8" or under. We specialize in small toys, so most of our parents are 9" and under and weigh less than 7 lbs. We try to be honest as possible about sizes, but we are not always perfect! Sometimes a pup will turn out a little smaller or larger than we expect. |

PRICES: Our basic prices for toy poodle puppies are between $500 to $1500 dollars. Usually toy and tiny toy males are $500 to $1000 and toy and tiny toy females are $700 to $1300. Teacups are $1500 to $2500. Some rarer colors may be slightly higher. Prices depend on sex, size and color and whether the puppy is for a *pet with limited registration or for breeding with full registration. We sell most of our puppies as pets. We do occasionally sell dogs for breeding with full registration, but we need to know that you are wanting to breed the dog up front before we take your deposit !!! |

E-mail is a great way to communicate, but before we will take a deposit on a particular puppy, we require that we talk to you either on the phone or in person at least once!! |

"We really hate to have to put this in writing, but due to a few dishonorable people that have left us hanging for weeks or months after their dog/puppy is ready to go without paying or picking them up, unfortunately we must. " Once we notify you that your dog/puppy is ready to go, we must receive payment in full and buyer must be available for pick up or shipment within 10 days { unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon }. If payment is not received and/or buyer is not available for pick up or delivery within 10 days { and other arrangements have not been mutually agreed upon }, then buyer forfeits any and all deposits and we have the right to resell the dog/puppy to another person. |
